Dr. Audrey Parmar
Alameda
Dr. Audrey Parmar, M.D., F.A.A.P., is board-certified in Pediatrics and a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. She has been practicing at ABC Pediatrics since July 2018 and is a native of Corpus Christi.
Dr. Parmar earned her bachelor’s degree in Biology with a pre-med concentration from Baylor University and her medical degree from Ross University School of Medicine. She completed her Pediatric Residency at Driscoll Children’s Hospital and served as Chief Resident for the Program.
Recognizing the privilege of caring for children, Dr. Parmar is dedicated to serving her community and promoting children’s health. She emphasizes the importance of early relational health, focusing on the promotion of safe, stable, and nurturing relationships, assessment of development and protective factors, and the application of appropriate interventions and referrals when necessary. She has a special focus on promoting children in nature and supports the Texas Children in Nature network.
Dr. Parmar is married with three beautiful children.
She serves as an Associate Program Director of Well-Being and Advocacy for the Pediatric Residency Program at Driscoll Children’s Hospital as she is passionate about supporting future pediatricians. She is an active and participating member in the Texas Pediatric Society, American Academy of Pediatrics, and Nueces County Medical Society.
Dr. Parmar is accepting new patients at the Alameda location.
