Privacy

Your privacy and the privacy of your child’s healthcare information is very important to us. We do not disclose your child’s medical record unless you direct us to do so, or unless the law authorizes or compels us to do so. We follow Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPPA) guidelines to ensure your child’s medical information is protected

Health Information

You may access your child’s medical information regarding visits, growth charts, immunization records, and medications through our patient portal. Being up to date on your child’s medical needs helps you be an advocate for your child’s health.

Continuity of Care/Physician Care

We are committed to offering an all-physician practice, which means your child will only see a physician(MD, DO) at each well and sick visit. We offer after-hours call so that if you have a concern or question regarding your child, you will be able to speak with the on-call physician. We are committed to providing continuity of care by scheduling all your child’s visits with their primary care provider.

Communication

We believe that communication is vitally important to exceptional healthcare and offer many ways to communicate with your child’s physician. You will have access to your child’s healthcare information, such as vaccines, after-visit summaries, growth charts, and medications, through the patient portal. You can contact the office during business hours and leave a message with the receptionist for our in-house physicians, as well as message your doctor through our portal for any non-urgent questions. After hours on weekdays and weekends, you are able to reach the on-call physician for any emergency questions or concerns regarding your child’s health.
